These terms govern the services provided by Bluepoppy Vehicle Solutions Ltd ("Bluepoppy", "we", "us"). By using our website or our services you agree to them.

Registered address: The Sanctuary, Eden Office Park, Ham Green, Bristol, BS20 0DD. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 723518). We are a credit broker, not a lender.
We help businesses and individuals source, fund and manage vehicles by introducing you to a panel of funders and lenders. We do not provide independent financial, legal or tax advice, and unless we tell you otherwise in writing we do not provide a personal recommendation.
Quotations are indicative, subject to status, funder approval, vehicle availability and change without notice. Any leasing or finance agreement is between you and the relevant funder, on that funder's own terms.
We may receive a commission or fee from the funder or lender we introduce you to. See our Commission Disclosure Policy for details.
You agree to provide accurate information and to read each funder's documentation before entering into any agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
